For over 70 years, Ann MacIntosh Duff (1925–2022) painted the landscapes and everyday moments of her life. Her most expressive works are those painted from her cottage on Georgian Bay, which record the atmospheric weather on the shore – misty mornings, blazing hot afternoons, and clear midnight skies.
Her work is included in the collections of the National Gallery of Canada and the Royal Collection, as part of the Royal Collection Project.
