2. Estate Assessment & Sale Preparation
When an estate or content sale is part of the engagement, Magnolia & Co. becomes deeply involved in preparing items for sale.
This phase may include:
Reviewing and assessing belongings through a market-informed lens
Researching, valuing, and pricing items appropriately
Photographing and presenting items to highlight their value and story
Establishing a sale strategy tailored to the estate and the home
Sentimental, high-value, or sensitive items are always handled with discretion and respect.
3. Estate & Content Sale or Transition Coordination
If the engagement includes an estate or content sale, Magnolia & Co. manages the process end-to-end — whether conducted on-site, online, or through a hybrid format.
This includes:

Buyer coordination and on-site management
Oversight of transactions and outcomes
When a sale is not part of the engagement, this phase instead focuses on coordinating trusted professionals — such as movers, donation partners, or cleaners — to support the next stage of the transition.
4. Post-Sale & Next-Step Coordination
Following a sale or major decision milestone, Magnolia & Co. coordinates appropriate next steps as needed.
This may include:
Arranging donation pickup for remaining items
Coordinating responsible disposal where appropriate
Confirming readiness of a home for listing, turnover, or handoff

5. Closing the Chapter
