• Shop online from July 30th through to August 8th. All purchases must be picked up during the above-stated times.

• All items are sold as-is. Antique, vintage, artist-made, and previously owned items may show age-appropriate wear. Every effort has been made to accurately describe and photograph condition.

• All purchases are FINAL SALE. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.

• Buyers are responsible for pickup and transportation. Proof of purchase (email receipt) will be required.

• If picking up heavy items, the buyer is responsible for bringing help. On-site help with lifting and/or loading is unavailable.

• Large items may require disassembly. Buyer is responsible for bringing any necessary tools.
